Do your ad dashboards show more sales than your store actually made? You are not alone. Many store owners we talk to cannot tell which ads really sell.
Your WP Guy is an ecommerce PPC agency for online stores. We run your Google Shopping, search and Facebook ads, and we check every sale against the orders in your store. We build and look after WooCommerce stores, so we set up the tracking and the product feed on your site ourselves.
Ecommerce ads management starts at $500 a week per ad platform, plus your ad spend, with a $3,000 a month minimum on your first platform. After the first 90 days it is month to month, and the ad accounts are always yours.
Why store ads stop paying off
Your website should be your hardest-working employee, and for a store, ads are how it meets new buyers. Here is what we find most often when we open a store's ad accounts.
Every platform takes the credit
A shopper sees a Facebook ad, then searches on Google and buys. Two platforms, one sale, and both want the credit. Add up the dashboards and it looks like you sold twice what you really did.
A messy product feed
Missing photos, vague titles and wrong prices get products turned down in Google Merchant Center. The products you most want to sell never show up.
Money on products that never sell
Shopping and Performance Max spread the budget across your whole catalog. Without weekly checks, a few products eat the budget and never sell.
Every week this runs unchecked, you pay for ads that look good in a dashboard and do nothing for your store.
Your guide
The person you talk to watches your ads
We get it. You have paid for ads that looked great in a report while the orders stayed flat.
Jonathan Wofford started Your WP Guy in 2016. He watches, checks and verifies every ad account we run, and a senior team helps build them. Our design team makes your ads. Jonathan is on your monthly call. You get peace of mind, because we have your back.
We build and look after WooCommerce stores, so the tracking, the product feed and your checkout are work we already know. If your product pages need work, we quote that separately first.
What ecommerce PPC management includes
Six parts, done every week your ads run. The ads are part of the price, not an add-on.
Google Shopping and Performance Max
Your products, photos and prices in Google's shopping results, with the budget pushed toward the products that sell.
A clean product feed
We connect your store to Google Merchant Center, fix rejected products and clean up titles and product details so more products get shown.
Search ads for buyers
Text ads for the searches that bring buyers, like product names and brands. Searches that never buy get blocked.
Facebook and Instagram product ads
Ads that show the products people looked at, plus ads that find new buyers. Our design team makes them.
Tracking matched to your orders
We set up purchase tracking on your WooCommerce site and check it against your real orders, so each sale is counted once.
A report and a call every month
You see what you spent, the orders your store confirmed and your cost per sale, then go over it with Jonathan.
Where your store's ads show up
Most stores start with one platform and add the next once the first one sells.
Google Shopping and search
Product ads with a photo and price, plus text ads, for people searching for what you sell. The best place to start for most stores. See Google Shopping.
Facebook and Instagram
Photo and video ads for products people need to see to want. See Facebook ads.
Bing Shopping
Your products in Bing's shopping results, for buyers who search on Bing, Yahoo and DuckDuckGo. See Bing ads.
TikTok and TikTok Shop
Short video ads, and a TikTok Shop connected to your products. See TikTok ads.
Email and text
Cart reminders and reorder emails for the shoppers your ads bring in. See email marketing.

What our ads did for one online store
We can't name every client, so here is one we can describe. PKL is an online store. We run its Google Ads and its Facebook and Instagram ads.
In its first year in business, its Facebook and Instagram ads alone brought in more than $1 million in sales.
When we took over its Google Ads, more than half of the keyword budget went to searches that had never sold anything. Google Ads was also counting about twice the sales the store really made. We fixed the tracking first, then rebuilt the campaigns around real purchases.
PKL, store ads
$1 million+Sales from Facebook and Instagram ads in PKL's first year in business.
56% to 10%Share of Google keyword spend going to searches that never made a sale.
5.4 to 6.8Sales Google Analytics confirmed for every $1,000 spent on Google Ads.

Your first 90 days
Weeks 1 and 2: tracking, feed and access
You give us access to your ad accounts and your WooCommerce site. We set up purchase tracking, connect your product feed and build the first campaigns.
Days 30 to 60: learn what sells
With real orders coming in, we block the searches that do not buy and move budget to the products that do. This is when you can start judging the results.
Month 3: grow what works
We put more budget behind the products and campaigns that sell at a cost that works for you. Then we talk about whether a second platform is worth adding.
Every month: a report and a call
Every month you get a report and a call with Jonathan. It shows what you spent on each platform, the orders your store confirmed and your cost per sale. It also shows which products and campaigns won, and what we are changing next.
How it works
From $500/wkPer ad platform, ads included, plus your ad spend.
$3,000/moMinimum ad spend on your first platform, paid to the platform.
90 daysThen month to month.
Ecommerce PPC management pricing
Ecommerce PPC management starts at $500 a week for each ad platform we run. Google Ads, with Shopping, search and Performance Max, is one platform. Facebook and Instagram together are another. The ads our design team makes are included.
Your ad spend is separate, and each platform bills it to the ad account in your name. We ask for at least $3,000 a month on your first platform, so there is enough data to tell which products sell. Once that platform spends $3,000 a month, the next one can start at $50 a day. For the best return, we see $100 a day as the minimum.
Retargeting on its own starts at $250 a week. Product page and checkout fixes on your WooCommerce site are not part of the weekly fee, and we quote them separately first.
See every price on our pricing page.
