Do you only work with WordPress?

Yes. WordPress is all we do, including WooCommerce stores. That focus is why we can fix most problems fast. If your site is on Squarespace, Wix or another builder, we can rebuild it in WordPress, where you get more control over SEO. See WordPress website design.

Where should I start?

If you already have a website, most businesses start with maintenance, because every site needs updates, backups and security covered first. Once the site is healthy, SEO or ads help it bring in more work. No website yet? Start with a new site. See website maintenance or website design.

How does the process work?

It starts with a free call. We learn about your business and look at your current site, then send you a proposal with a fixed price. Once you approve it, we get started. Book your call.

What do you need from me?

Mostly access and content. For a new website, the most important piece is your content: the words for each page and your photos. For support, maintenance or SEO, we need a login to your WordPress site and your hosting account. We tell you exactly what we need when we start.

Do you charge by the hour or by the project?

Both. Smaller jobs and one-off help are billed by the hour, which is also a good way to see how we work together. Bigger projects, like a new website, get a fixed quote before any work starts, and monthly services have a set monthly or weekly price. See our services and starting prices.

How do I pay you?

We send an invoice, and you can pay by credit card. For monthly services, save your card and payments run automatically each period. Most work is paid up front.

Do I have to pay for a website all at once?

Accepted Answer

No. A website is paid in 2 to 4 payments, depending on the size of the project; smaller projects are 2. The first payment is a deposit to get started, the second is due 30 days later, and any others follow every 30 days. See website design.

Is there a contract, or is it month to month?

Month to month. Maintenance plans have no contract and a 30-day money-back guarantee. For SEO we recommend at least 3 months so you can see the changes start to work, and Google Ads runs 90 days, then month to month. See maintenance plans.

Can I pause or change services later?

Yes. You can add, drop or change services as your business grows. We do not recommend pausing maintenance, because updates and security fixes pile up while nobody is watching the site. Talk it through with us.

Who owns my website?

You do. Once your website is paid in full, it is yours, and Google Ads accounts we run stay in your name. See website design.
