Results
What email did for one online store
We can't name every client, so here is one we can describe. PKL is an online store whose email and text messages we set up and ran with Omnisend and AutomateWoo.
From July 30, 2024 to September 13, 2026, its emails and texts brought in $597,009 in sales from 2,944 orders. That is 9.9% of the $6,000,722 the store sold. We only counted orders where the last click before buying came from one of its emails or texts.
In the last 12 months, September 2025 to August 2026, the share grew to 13.4%: $436,735 from 2,167 orders.
Its retention report also showed 1,819 customers who were overdue for a reorder. Those are exactly the people a win-back email is for.

Text message marketing
Some customers would rather get a text than an email. Text messages can be added to your email plan for $199 a month, plus a one-time $299 setup in the first month.
That covers getting your customers' permission the right way and registering your number with the phone carriers, which the law and the carriers require. It also covers abandoned cart and reorder texts, and up to four text campaigns a month. Your platform charges a small fee for each text, billed to you directly.
When PKL added texts in November 2025, they brought in $65,162 from 352 orders by mid-September 2026.
