  • 105+ WordPress sites supported
  • MarTech Award 2023 & 2024

Tired of paying for clicks that never turn into customers? Every click should have a real shot at becoming one.

Your WP Guy provides PPC management services for small businesses and online stores. We plan, build and run your pay-per-click ads on Google, Microsoft Bing, Facebook and Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Reddit. Then we check every sale the platforms claim against your real orders and leads. PPC management starts at $500 a week per ad platform, plus your ad spend, with a $3,000 a month minimum ad spend. After the first 90 days it is month to month, and the ad accounts are always yours.

What are PPC management services?

PPC means pay per click: you pay Google, Meta or another platform each time someone clicks your ad. PPC management is the work that decides who sees those ads and what you pay for them. That means picking the searches and audiences, building the campaigns and writing the ads. It also means setting up the tracking, moving budget every week to what sells and turning off what does not.

Our fee pays for that work. Your ad spend is separate and goes straight to the platform, billed to the ad account in your name.

Why PPC stops paying off

Your website should be your hardest-working employee, and ads are how you send it customers. Here is what we find most often when we open an ad account.

Clicks, not customers

The campaign is set to buy as many clicks as possible. Half the budget goes to searches and people that never buy.

Every platform grades its own homework

Google and Meta each take credit for the same sale. Add up their dashboards and you sold twice what your store did.

A budget spread too thin

A little on five platforms means none of them gets enough data to find your buyers. Then all five look like they do not work.

Every week this runs unchecked, you pay for clicks from people who were never going to buy.

Your guide

The person you talk to watches your ads

We get it. You may have paid an agency that sent a pretty report every month and never explained why sales didn't move.

Jonathan Wofford founded Your WP Guy in 2016. He is Google Ads certified and watches, checks and verifies every ad account we manage. A senior team helps set up and build out campaigns. There is no junior account manager learning on your budget, and Jonathan is on your monthly call. You get peace of mind, because we have your back.

Our team builds and looks after WordPress and WooCommerce websites, so we set up the tracking on your site ourselves. If the pages your ads send people to need work, we quote that separately first.

The ad platforms we manage

Each one reaches people in a different moment. Each has its own management fee, starting at $500 a week.

Google Ads

Search ads in front of people already looking for what you sell, plus Google Shopping for online stores. See Google Ads management.

Microsoft Bing Ads

The same kind of search ads, shown to the people who search on Bing, Yahoo and DuckDuckGo instead of Google.

Facebook and Instagram

Photo and short video ads, made by our design team, for people who need to see it to want it. See Facebook ads management.

YouTube

Video ads, made by our design team, before and beside the videos your customers already watch, aimed by what they search and watch.

TikTok

Short video ads in the feed, made by our design team, for products and businesses that can show what they do in a few seconds.

Reddit

Ads in the communities where your buyers ask each other what to buy, aimed by topic and interest.

Retargeting, ads that bring back people who visited your site but did not buy, starts at $250 a week, plus a $1,500 a month minimum ad spend.

Where to start

Most businesses should start with one platform, make it pay, then add the next. One platform with enough budget beats five with a little each.

  • People already search for what you sell: start with Google Ads, then Microsoft Bing.
  • People need to see it to want it: start with Facebook and Instagram.
  • You have video, or a story to show: add YouTube or TikTok.
  • Your buyers talk in online groups: add Reddit.

On the first call we look at what you sell, who buys it and what a new customer is worth. Then we tell you where we would put the first dollar.

What PPC management includes

Six parts, done every week your ads run, on every platform.

Research

The searches, audiences and competitors worth paying for, and the ones to block before they cost you anything.

Campaigns built to sell

Campaigns set up to go after calls, leads and sales, not clicks, with the budget split by what each one brings back.

Ads that get noticed

Ads made in the format each platform runs: written search ads for Google and Bing, images and short videos for Facebook and Instagram, video ads for YouTube and TikTok.

Tracking that counts real sales

Conversion tracking on your WordPress site, set up so every sale counts once and is checked against your store or CRM.

Testing every week

Ads, searches and audiences are tested against each other. The losers get turned off and the money moves to what sells.

A report and a call every month

You see what you spent, what it brought in and what we are changing, then go over it with Jonathan on a call.

What our ads did for one online store

We can't name every client, so here is one we can describe. PKL is an online store whose Google Ads and Facebook and Instagram ads we run.

In its first year in business, its Facebook and Instagram ads alone brought in more than $1 million in sales.

When we took over its Google Ads account, more than half of the keyword budget went to searches that had never sold anything. We rebuilt the campaigns around real purchases, and that waste dropped to 10% of the spend.

Your first 90 days

Week 1: access and tracking

You share your ad accounts and your website. We set up the tracking, build the first campaigns and send them to the platforms for approval, which can take a few days.

Days 30 to 60: learn what sells

The platforms need real sales data to find your buyers. We test ads, searches and audiences, turn off the losers and move budget to the winners. This is when you can start judging the results.

Month 3: grow what works

We put more budget behind what sells at a cost that works for you. Then we talk about whether a second platform is worth adding.

Every month: a report and a call

Every month you get a report and a call with Jonathan. It shows what you spent on each platform, the calls, leads and sales your store or CRM confirmed, and your cost per customer. It also shows what we turned off and what we are changing next.

How it works

From $500/wkPPC management starts here, per ad platform, plus your ad spend.

$3,000/moMinimum ad spend, paid to the platform, separate from our fee.

90 daysThen month to month.

PPC management pricing

PPC management starts at $500 a week for each ad platform we run. Two platforms, like Google Ads and Facebook ads, start at $1,000 a week. The ads themselves are included, made by our design team in the format each platform runs, like video for YouTube and TikTok.

Your ad spend is separate, and each platform bills it to the ad account in your name. We ask for at least $3,000 a month on your first platform so there is enough data to tell what is working. Once that platform is spending $3,000 a month, the next one can start at $50 a day, though we see $100 a day as the minimum for the best return. The first 90 days give us time to build, test and learn. After that it is month to month.

Landing page fixes on your WordPress site are not part of the weekly fee. We can make them, and we quote them separately first.

Not ready to hand over your ads? Our Google and Facebook Ads Review is a one-time $899 check of your tracking, your reported sales against your real orders, and your campaigns, with a written report and a call. See every price on our pricing page.
