The layout, top to bottom
| Part of the page | What goes in it | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Photos | 3 or more: the product, the product in use, and one that shows its size. Thumbnails visible on phones. | Most stores show too few photos, and few show scale. |
| Title and rating | Product name, star rating and number of reviews, right by the title. | Reviews are the best-evidenced lift on a product page. |
| Options | Buttons for size or color, not a drop-down, with stock shown per option. | Buttons are faster to read and tap. |
| Buy box | Price, shipping cost or free-shipping threshold, an estimated delivery date, a one-line returns policy with a link, and Add to cart. | Surprise costs are the top reason people abandon a cart. |
| Description | The facts first, a specs table, plain words. No fluff. | Shoppers scan for facts before they buy. |
| Reviews | Verified-buyer reviews with photos. Reply to the bad ones. | Honest reviews, including some negative, build trust. |
| Related products | A few that truly go with it, below the buy box. | Few and relevant beats a random grid. |
| FAQ | 3 to 5 questions shoppers ask, with FAQ schema. | Product searches often show an AI Overview; short answers get quoted. |
| Google Shopping | A product feed in Google Merchant Center (free listings), with price, stock and the same photos. | Many product searches show Shopping results above the regular results. We check each of your product searches and mark which ones do. |

Code to add
Product schema with Offer (price, availability), AggregateRating, and a MerchantReturnPolicy, so Google can show price, stock and rating in results. For each product search we also note what Google shows (Shopping results, an AI Overview, a map pack for store pickup), because each one needs different work.
